Impact Action provides information about our charitable mission, programmes, results and opportunities to contribute, volunteer or partner with us. Website content is provided for general information and should not be treated as legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

We work to keep information accurate and current, but field conditions and programme details can change. We do not guarantee that every item is complete, error-free or continuously available.

Donations are generally non-refundable, but we will review errors, duplicate payments and exceptional circumstances fairly and in accordance with applicable law.

You agree to use our services lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data, or interfere with website security.
• Impersonate another person, misrepresent an affiliation, or submit information you know is false.
• Use our services to harass, exploit, discriminate against or endanger another person.
• Reuse our name, identity or materials in a way that suggests endorsement or raises funds without written permission.

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its text, design, graphics, photographs, video, reports, trademarks and other content are owned by or licensed to Impact Action Foundation and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view, download and print reasonable extracts for personal, educational and non-commercial use, provided you keep attribution and do not alter the meaning. Any commercial use, republication, fundraising use or modification requires prior written permission. Rights belonging to communities, photographers and other third parties remain with their respective owners.

You retain ownership of material you submit. You confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate another person's rights. Where you expressly submit a story, image or testimonial for publication, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for the agreed charitable and communications purposes. You may withdraw consent for future use by contacting us, subject to legal and practical limitations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Impact Action Foundation and its trustees, staff and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, our services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount permitted under applicable law.

If your unlawful use of the services causes a third-party claim or loss, you agree to be responsible for it to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws that apply in the jurisdiction of Impact Action Foundation's registered office, without limiting mandatory rights you may have where you live. We encourage good-faith resolution of concerns before formal proceedings.
